High quality in our products themselves and considerate service attitude are closely related to our customers’ shopping experience. Even though we have tried our best to make things in every aspect perfect, there will still be unpredictable situations emerged, especially in the transportation of the order which is to some extent out of our control. Although it rarely takes place, when you receive a package with its condition beyond your expectation, within two weeks (14 days), you can get in touch with our Customer Service, which is always online, for the exchange, return or refund for what you get. For items on our website, the warranty period will be 30 days.

 

The following are the details of each operation:

 

I. For damaged, defective, or incomplete item(s)

If you find the order you placed received defective, damaged, or with certain part lost, you can contact us and send the pictures for such problems. We will provide proper replacement of the item(s) or compensation of the lost part(s) once it is verified.

If there is obvious damage of the package when arrived, please contact us soon for quick response and solution. And we will arrange a new delivery of the product(s) you ordered.

 

II. For item(s) to be returned

The shipping cost for the return of the item(s) will be on your side unless it is damaged upon arrival or due to the reason caused by our side. The item(s) should be in the original package and condition, and such return should be made within 14 days after the receipt. If the item(s) is(are) assembled, modified or failed to come with the original packaging, the return request will not be accepted.

For the quick and smooth return process, your account information, details of the order and other information will be required by our Customer Service. Once your request for return is accepted, please package the item(s) carefully before sent to express for delivery.

Please Keep and send the tracking number of the return for our reference and trace of the delivery. Generally within 3-5 days after receive the order, due refund will be made to the original account you made the payment.

 

III. Refund

If you are not pleased with the purchase from us and insist on the return and refund, just contact us, and we will provide refund for the order. We don’t hope it will come to that, we will make it as painless as possible. Within 7 days after receive the item(s), refund will be made to the original account you made the payment.
